Happy Thursday! I came across this yummy peach twist on sangria & needed to share it. It's refreshing and delicious - perfect for a party by the pool or a night with the girls!
Peachy-Keen Sangria (as adapted from the BJ's member journal 2013)
prep time: 15 minutes
cooling/infusing time: 1 hour
1 750mL bottle fruity white wine
1/2 c Peach Schnapps
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
2 peaches, diced
1 orange, sliced
1/2 mango, peeled and diced
1/2L ginger ale
additional fruit for garnish
Pour wine and Schnapps into pitcher. Add sliced fruit and 1/4 c sugar and stir gently until sugar is melted. Chill for at least one hour. Just before serving, pour in ginger ale. Serve in tall glasses garnished with fresh fruit.
